The Commercial Roadhouse — Restaurant in Fort Erie

Went for dinner with friends on a Friday night wasn't too busy, we thought that was strange. The waitress was almost no existent the whole time we had to ask her to come over every time. We changed tables because of some kind of fan that kept blowing cold air at us. Our food was delivered which was pretty decent but 3 out of the the four of us had empty drinks. We hoped she would come back around she didn't at all till we were done eating our food. She was too busy on her phone behind the bar. Then we called her over asked for the bill and to split it in half. She brought us one bill. We said oh ok we will figure it out she took it back said oh I'll spilt it then. She was taking awhile so put together the cash to just leave it on the table and go. She came back handed us the two bills and walked away. We threw the cash on the table and we were proceeding to leave, when our waitress yells at me from behind the bar hey and waves her hands at me then she waves the debit machine. I guess she thought we weren't paying our bill I collected the cash brought it over to the bar and handed it to her. She snatched the cash and immediately started counting it. I was so embarrassed she yelled and me I felt the whole room stare at me so embarrassed I just walked out. I regret giving her any sort of tip was the worst service I have ever had. She should find another job bartending and serving should not provide you time to play...

We arrived at the Commercial Tuesday evening 8ish after our golf game and we were 4. We have all been there many times and enjoyed ourselves in the past. We ordered 50 wings a large pizza and a burger and fries for our 11 year old . He had ordered a coke and drank most of it to find a Ant swimming around in his cup. He was quite upset so we told the server. She quickly replaced it but wasn't very apologetic but she did bring us a second glass of coke. After two or three sips our 11 year old found another Ant in the coke again. At this point we were all quite upset thinking how can this happen. We asked to speak to a manager and the server said she was the manager ,so we expressed our displeasure. SO WHEN WE EXPRESSED OUR FEELINGS SHE SAID SO I WILL GET YOUR BILL SO YOU CAN LEAVE. IT WAS LIKE WE WERE GETTING DISMISSED. We then said that we weren't done and would like a few more beverages. At this time this other lady who was very polite who works there came over and asked what the problem was so we told her. Now she said she was the manager. How many managers are on at once, I'm thinking, or was the girl that served us not even a manager and lied to us. Our concern to her was the amount of ants we discovered in one sitting. This place is going down hill fast with the new manager. We visit this restaurant every Thursday for wings. Tonight we went with a group of people and all ordered 10 wings. My husband was given 20 by accident so he brought it the servers attention. The young server said no problem they are here now it all good. One of our friends also ordered the same type of wings but didn't get them so we told our actual server. She went to the kitchen and came back to tell us the 20 were suppose to be split, my manager said to get you another plate to share them. My husband had already started eating. We asked to talk with the manager. She came over full of attitude. My husband explained the situation. She was told that the server said it was ok. "Perfect he will be paying for your wings tonight!" I couldn't believe she was going to make this young server who is probably working a summer job for minimum wage pay. I tried to explain that a mistake the kitchen made shouldn't be on us or the server. She interrupted me to said " I'm not done". Sam will pay for the wings. I told her it wasn't right to expect someone else to eat off another persons plate. She raised her voice and told me to get out of the restaurant after I told her not to be so ridiculous!
