McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

The last 5 or 6 times made me mad. Twice I ordered a fillet of fish plain with cheese and they forgot the cheese. Once I met a friend who ate in and I ordered a hot chocolate which came 10 minutes after she received and ate her meal. The next time was only a big wait to be served which is the way it is these days and the last time which will be the last dollar I ever spend there I ordered a fillet of fish meal plain with cheese which was made very clear with a large hot chocolate. I also ordered a 10 pc chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. The girl asked what I wanted with it and I said I didn't want it ad a combo. Guess what... All the ordering just done became a non combo so there was no drink or fries at the window. I guess I am at fault because after the stuff showed up on the screen I didn't look at it again so I missed it. They made my drink and brought fries and had the balls to charge me for their mistake. I don't have a problem keying for what I get but when you mess it up you can eat the cost. That's business. When I make a mistake I pay the price. It took 10 minutes to fix their mistake which topped the cake. I will not be...

Great newer location. But lack of staff hurts it's appeal. Long wait times and is such a busy place. Usually only one til open . It's not the current staff that are the trouble. It's the lack of enough staff overall. Update : seems to be worse now in September, maybe the school kids are all gone. I waited 15 minutes at the counter trying to get someone's attention because I got the wrong sandwich in the drive thru. I was being super patient and couldn't even get one of the staff to make eye contact with me. I said excuse me and nobody even acknowledged I was there. Lineup was super long but I shouldn't have to wait that long. I got sick of waiting so I threw my sandwich out and left to go to BK instead. Was pretty upsetting to be ignored so long. When I got the wrong thing. They never even asked me what was wrong lol . Oh well . Fast food doesn't always get...

I have never experienced such bad customer service. After waiting 10 minutes for a grilled chicken burger, a staff came to the window and asked if I’d be okay with a grilled chicken burger as crispy would be another 3 minutes. ????? I ordered grilled!!! I then waited another 10 minutes!! When the staff gave it to me I asked to be reimbursed. She got her superior who then told me to back up in the drive thru. When I said no as that’s unsafe (the drive thru was very busy at the time) she laughed at me. Then told me I could go around and wait in the line again if I wanted. I asked is she could just give me a gift card for the amount and she gave me a straight up no and said these are your choices. I’ve never been treated so rudely after already receiving such poor service. Never again...
