I gave them one star honestly I wanted to give them zero but Google won't let you write a review unleash give them at least one star we ordered delivery they said there's a 7 dollar delivery fee and it's going to be over an hour we get the order it's cold and not right we ordered nachos got a calzone ordered also got a burger was wrong so I called to sort it out she confirmed that they messed up the order and she thought the driver switched the order so her solution was to call the delivery driver to bring us our order after he had already left and take back our food witch we had already opened so she could give it to the other customer that's when I asked for a refund she said I could only get store credit I told her I didn't want it because I'm never coming back here she said my only other option was for her to send out another order witch will also be another hour also the food we got doesn't look good calzone is burnt fries are soggy don't order from here worst service I...

They close at 12pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. But sad they never want to answer the phone after 10/1030pm. Decent food, but bad service after 10 pm. Not the first time calling after 10 pm and them letting the phone ring till you eventually hang up.

EDIT: as they were quick to reply but still didn't answer the phone. Went to do a pick up order lastnight after they wouldn't answer their phones. Go to place my order at 10:45 and the girl at till was speaking in tagalog asking the cook if she should take the order or not since they close at 12. Very unprofessional and rude. Not to mention the girl working the till took the till out at 11:15 and while doing so said "I hope I have no cash in here, I hate having to count cash" so I highly doubt the phone wasn't working or they were not around. They are clearly lazy, do yourself the favour and get better closing staff. Ones that will actually answer the phone no matter if you guys are...

First time ordering food here and I’m super disappointed, especially after hearing good things about this place. First impressions mean everything, so the rating outcome was based on service alone. The service was great and the staff was friendly. Literally the worst donair I’ve ever had, though. The meat was beyond dried out, burnt, and gross. And how does anyone screw up sweet sauce that badly? It seems to have been thinned with water and then sugar added to it to compensate. The donair was also cold before it was wrapped (absolutely no heat), and the wrapper was inside out (foil on outside and paper on the inside), and part of the wrapper stuck to the food. We also had a poutine with donair rolls on it, but the horrible fail of a sweet sauce that was drizzled on it, ruined it. The food was gross and is now in the garbage after only a couple bites. We ate maybe only 1/4 of the food between the two of us. Huge food...
