KFC — Restaurant in Fort Qu'Appelle

UPDATED 2022. Had to update my review from 4 years ago. I downgraded fr 4 stars to 1. Wont let me post 0. This KFC has gone down hill since it changed owners. Chicken dont taste good, very greasy n almost under cooked. Gravy is aweful and customer service is horrable. Employees seemed bothered and/or annoyed that I was placeing my order. Did not feel welcomed here. Felt like I was looked down on. Employees and customer service will make or break a business. Now taking my $80-90 orders someplace else. 25+years ago, this KFC location was the best!! Times sure...

We arrived, the entire seating area was blocked off; they had cleaned it? With 3 hours from closing, this was very odd. I asked - he unblocked one table for the 5 of us.

We needed to wash our hands, the young woman let us know the washrooms were closed. Yeah, I don’t think so - she allowed the little boys to wash their hands. However she blocked off both washrooms following the hand cleaning.

People ordered food, and then were denied to use the washroom.

Went here for supper with my family and they had the whole restaurant blocked off by 5pm and they were “cleaning” the bathrooms and we’re not allowed to be used as they were also blocked off but no one was even cleaning them, seen many customers ask to use the bathroom and was told no by employees over and over and for what?? They close also at 10pm keep in mind so no reason for having the whole place blocked off from eating in or using the bathroom. Also Had to ask for napkins, sauces, take out boxes. Very...
