Subway — Restaurant in Fraser Lake

Not impressed. Few weeks ago Online hours said open till 10. I showed up at 10 to 9 only to be greeted by a young guy saying "If I lie to you and say we are closed will you leave?? " I said "I'm sorry excuse me?" And he repeated it laughing. I said "I thought you guys were open to 10?" He said no they close at 9. So I said "okay ill leave sorry I didn't know" He said "no no no don't leave!! We are still open I can make you a sandwich". So I asked for my order and they didn't have the bread. He said "umm how about white?? I also can't toast it" and started laughing again. So I said nevermind and I walked out. Then today i went in around 2 PM and nobody was in the store. I waited for 10-15 minutes, called to the back. The store was unlocked but no staff was there so I left. I've worked customer service most of my life until recently so I totally get how frustrating it is when customers come in close to closing. The issue though isn't the store hours it was the young guys appalling behaviour. If he was polite about it I wouldve left no big deal (i even tried to leave but he said to stay). His behaviour was horrible. I did speak to the manager the next day about it (ive never asked to speak to a manager before but the staff are amazing other than that one employee, so i figured the owners would want to know) and owner was good but then today I waited in an unstaffed store for 10-15 minutes. I try to support local and all the other staff have been amazing there which is why I went back but really...

I went there once not too long ago, I couldn't tell you the exact date. I came in on my lunch break and there were a couple people infront of me. One was a guy and his daughter, the worker, started hitting on this man's daughter as he took their order! It was sickening to see that this older man was hitting on a younger child! I knew right then that was the last time I would come to this subway. I've always had pretty bad experiences with this subway, I don't know why I even bothered trying it one last time. The manager there is incredibly rude and not patient at all! If I could rate this place 0/10 I would. I do NOT recommend this place and would probably better if you avoid it at all costs. Their lettuce is never fresh and it's always soggy. Definitely need better management, someone who cares for their customers and actually look into who...

Subway in Fraser Lake. I gave 5 stars for the excellent customer service of the young men behind the counter who tried everything to accommodate my order despite not having any macaroni and cheese for my sandwich, he exchanged with the soup of the day and since I don't eat meat he gave the option of the veggies pattie that is made of seitan!
