WOWOWOWOWOWOW! Absolutely stunning cafe with very unique pastries and lattes that make the trip worth it. The bombolone is the star of the show. It's like a custard filled donut and its so friggin good, I was left wanting more after I finished it. The levan cookie is also amazing. It's a soft cookie with flavourful walnuts and chocolate chips. The potato and bacon focaccia was delicious and crunchy. I also appreciated that they don't heat it to the point where I have to wait for it too cool down. It came to my table warm and I could eat right away. Lastly, the lavender coffee. Delicious. I normally have to add extra sugar to my coffee because I have a sweet tooth but their ratio was quite nice. Strong and flavourful coffee with the uniqueness of the lavender. I also love the latte art heart design that they do just to give it that je ne sais quoi.

In terms of pricing, while it is on the higher side, I feel because the options are quite unique to find, it is a bang for your buck when you look at it from that perspective. All in all I would consider this a lovely hidden gem in Fredericton. Makes for a great date spot, or to catch up friends or just to chillax and have a coffee to yourself. Highly recommend!

Has a unisex washroom on site. A/C is quite cold in the summer so bring a light jacket. The turn is also hard to see, google maps will make it look like a street rather than a...

Came home from Halifax and this place was on my list to try, at the top. Fredericton is a miss for food more often than not if you are picky like me.

This place however is a gem and easily tops any place in Halifax that I've been. My coffee is always to go, because I've never finished one. My lavender latte was gone in a sitting, the flavor profile of the coffee is so good, not sure how they do it. Only one other place in the city with coffee as good. Dessert melted in my mouth, also gone. Calm and relaxed environment. Had to stop in before we started the drive back and were given a cookie with our order, very sweet I thought.

Often people don't understand complex flavor profiles the way this place does. Food is fuel, but also it can be art if there is pride in it. You can't fake quality or skill.

Definitely a gem and deserving of praise. Looking forward to coming back on...

Made the drive out to silver-wood twice because I saw their strawberry matchas online and they looked amazing. The first time I received a glass of milk with strawberry jam and matcha (not mixed) on the bottom. I decided to give it another go today, and I asked if they whisk or froth their matcha because the last time it sat on the bottom and I didn’t like that and it’s not what I wanted. She assured me yes it is whisked. Today again, I got the same thing after . Milk with jam on the bottom and matcha at the bottom. See photo of the one I got today. I said to her after that I wasn’t happy with it and it’s not what I expected. She explained that she only has matcha syrup not matcha powder - which was a surprise.

I can’t rate their pastries because I’m gluten free, I hear they’re good. Overall, it’s been two bad...

I want to share my great experience in this boulangerie, I found the variety of baked goods and pastries tasty and visually charming. The quality of the ingredients is evident. The variety of coffee beans is short, but the brewing is good. It's worth the price. Music is relaxing and the staff is really warm. Photos of potato focaccia with balsamic, basque cheese cake, lemon weekend, lemon meringue, Tigré, Hong Kong milk tea, and caffe late.
