I can't believe I have not eaten here before. What can I say other than this place really delivers in its name. You can dine in or takeout. When you come in, there is a huge quick reference menu on the wall which includes pictures. If this isn't good enough, there are also menus to go through for a bit more detail. Our group of four decided to dine in and really enjoyed the experience. The staff here is amazing. Extremely helpful and courteous to make your choice exactly what you are looking for. So whether you dine in or take out, you pay for the meal in advance, including tip. This is a bit out of the ordinary for dine in, but believe me, you won't be upset at the service. Every table has a wireless service requested button if you are looking for something - this was very impressive. The appetizers were great and our main meals delicious. Another point that I would like to bring up is that the main chef makes each dish separately - not thrown together from prepared ingredients. This means that if you have a group, your meals will likely not arrive at the same time - great things come to those who wait hahaha. If you are looking for Ramen, you have to come here - check out that Google review score! They deserve it. They even make their own noodles on site - a room you can see in the restaurant. I'll be back. Thanks so much for a great meal šŸ˜€šŸ‘

Amazing & Delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful. The individual working the cash was so welcoming and friendly. Huge picture menu on the wall to make picking your meal easy. The set up is unique as in you wait in line order and pay then you are seated. You eat and leave. Or you can be seated first to browse the menu then place your order. The Sapporo beer was cold and smooth. The crunchy noodles placed on the table when we sat down were also delicious. Something to snack on while waiting for meals. When served these items the lady thanked us for coming. We ordered 6 pc gayoza deep fried. It was brought to the table with a dipping sauce. We enjoyed every bite. Our mains were Tokyo Ramen with miso broth. It was the perfect size for me. It was so delicious. The broth had so much flavor, mild and smooth. It was a perfect balance of broth, noodle, and toppings. My husband ordered the King Ramen. He was surprised to also find his meal filling. It wasn't overly spicy but had a nice bite to it. For dessert we each had a mochi ice cream. The first time we both have tried it and it was a perfect sweet treat to top off our already full tummies. We will definitely return at our earliest convenience!

The food was excellent. Seriously amazing. But good food alone is not enough to get 5 stars. The reason I gave 5 star is also based on the outstanding service we received. The person at the front made honnest recommendation and steered me away from my original pick towards a dish he thought would fit my taste better. And he was spot on. The restaurant was clean, and the architecture, althought not perfectly level&straight, was giving a strong vibe of authentism to the place. Don't let yourself be fooled by the entrance and the menu on the wall, the food and the back of the restaurant will make up for the cheap visual appeal of the ordering room. Design could be improved there, but it's really not taking away from the overal experience. The crowd in the restaurant during my visist was also very good as a place to bring a date of have a fancy meal with a professional co-worker. While you don't order at the table and have to prepay at the front, each table has a call for service button. This is great as you won't be disturbed every 5 minutes by your waitress. The staff was very professional, polite honest and attentive. Made me felt I was a valued guess.

"Eating at Tokyo Ramen Fredericton ruined my week." I drove past this place every day, hearing people hype it up, so I finally gave it a shot with my wife. Big mistake.

The moment we walked in, things felt off. We stepped into the second section of the shop, only to be called out by a female staff member and told to sit in the hallway chairs. Weird, right? We were confused—until we saw other customers who arrived after us being welcomed straight into that same section we were pulled away from.

I asked staff, point blank, why in God’s name my wife and I couldn’t sit there. They acted ā€œconfusedā€ and suddenly said we could—so we dragged all our stuff over, but the damage was done.

Then came the next slap in the face: after our food arrived, staff kept hovering over us like we were unwelcome, asking five separate times in about fifteen minutes if we ā€œneeded anything.ā€ Meanwhile, every other table was left alone. At one point one of them came with a jug of water when clearly our water glasses were still full. The message was clear, we’d overstayed our welcome. And for context, my wife and I were the only people of colour there. We knew exactly what was going on.

We calmly left immediately. And honestly, it would have been easier to stomach if the food was even remotely worth it—but it wasn’t. The sake was the only thing I enjoyed. The noodles unsalted, unseasoned and bland, the broth was watery, and the whole thing was overpriced.

I’ll never step foot in this place again—and after this experience, maybe never in any Japanese restaurant. I’m not paying top dollar to be treated like garbage. Try Thai food, Its much...

I was really Impressed by the service. Everyone was so polite and very attentive to my needs. I had take- out , so they told me how many minutes my order was going to take. Giving me the option to go and come back when my order was going to be ready. Or to stay and wait. There was plenty of seats, while I waited. They even offered me a glass of water, while waiting for my food. Needless to say the food was fantastic. The only one complaint I have is the carry out bags. Although they were very cute puppy paws. But they probably do not realize that the pattern of the puppy paws are what all the Veterinarians use for people who lost their Beloved Pet and had them Cremated . The Cremation box containing people's BeLoved Pet is wrapped in that EXACT Puppy Paw Print as well as the Bag that carries out the remains. The whole time I sat there waiting for my food all I could think about is my English Bulldog ( Peach's) that I just lost. Seeing the carry out bags for their take-out. Brought me back to that Very Heart Breaking moment in my life. And I'm sure anyone else who had lost a pet and had them Cremated will also think of that very sad moment in their life. I would recommend to change your take -out bags to something else. It is just a suggestion. If you want to check it out for yourself. Call any Veterinary in town. But other than the bag issue your food was very tasty and very Delicious. And Service was Excellent everyone was very polite and very attentive in our needs.I will definitely tell all my friends . Tokyo Romen Noodles is my New Favorite...

Best Ramen I had so far. Lots of options to choose from. My favorite is the Buttered Corn and Karage Ramen. They also serve a good smoothly and a bubble tea. For the Ramen, they serve with 3 different types of soup; miso, soy, or seafood. I always go for the miso because it's the best tasting one. The soy is also good. It isn't overpowering, but the seafood need a little bit more of a kick. The miso doesn't taste like most Ramen I've tasted, where after drinking half the bowl, it'll taste heavier. It's smooth, creamy (depends on which ramen), and taste really really good. But if you're only drinking the broth of the Ramen, it's not Ramen. It's soup. This restaurant makes their own noodle in site. They serve white noodle ramen and not the yellow one, which I prefer, because I don't like the nutty taste of the yellow noddle. I can only take a few bites until my appetite fades. Bad thing about the white noodle is that they tend to get saggy. So eat up, but not too fast, still enjoy the food. They also serve other food such as curry and noodles. If you're a big eater. They serve a combo with a ramen and a curry šŸ›. The service is also amazing, they're very friendly and helpful. It's a japanese family own, so expect the greating and goodbyes when you're in there. I recommend going during the weekdays, because they get really busy on weekends. They don't take reservations on weekends, but they do...
