We stopped at Pizza Haute Plaines mid ride for a quick re-fuel. The experience was like hitting the feed zone and discovering they hand out slices of heaven instead of energy gels.
The owner greeted us like long-lost cousins who finally came home, except instead of offering awkward family stories, he offered delicious food and good vibes. He even made a group of sweaty, Lycra-clad cyclists feel classy—no small feat.

I did a training there and noticed the owner was very rude, he takes advamtage of his employees and is a bit...crazy... when i trained there he once squeezed my arm and hurt me, it was all caught on camera and his reason is cuz he wasnt understanding what i was explaining amd wanted me to slow down, so he proceeded to hurt me ?? Anyways he was also rude to clients and would threatened clients when clients would complain, he also forced us to make coffee (not part of the menu type of thing) as soon as his uncle would come in amd his uncle was even more rude. I do have to say the vine leave wraps were the best ive ever had. 3 stars because the chicken wasent crispy has the traditional spit roasting machine and would not go back for another shawarma there ever.
