Pizza Salvatoré — Restaurant in Gatineau

So I decided to update my review and maintain my one star. Decided to give them another chance only to have the same thing happen again. Got charged for two dipping sauces and they didn’t send them. The pizza took forever to arrive e and it was ice cold and stuck to the top of the pizza box. I have never had a more infuriating experience ordering pizza in my life. This will be the last time from here.

I won’t order from here again. Ordered two dipping with my order that I paid for online through the app. They were Missing from my order when it arrived. No biggie. But when I called to ask for them or get a refund for the sauces I was transferred four times because they could not find my order even though I gave them my order number and phone number. The person on the phone clearly didn’t want to give me the time of day and kept on talking about not having poutine at that location even though I didn’t order poutine and never mentioned it. I’m so happy this pizza place opened up in Buckingham! Ive tried many pizza place around here and this is by far the best!!

Also not sure why people complain about the tips!? You have an option to leave one or NOT, it is not imposed! And delivery charge well many other local places around charge delivery and with the price of gas these days I don’t blame them!

People complaining on here need to understand that the place literally just opened a week ago!!! Of course its going to be crazy busy because everyone wants to try the new pizza place in town!!

They have been crazy busy since it opened, its always the same when a new place opens! So relax and have some patience, they will adjust. If you have a problem, be civil and communicate, I’m sure they will be happy to make it right!

Some of these complaints are probably from other pizza place in the area to try and make their competition look bad! Lol

Was my 1st time ordering last night. Was the only place open near by so decided to give them a try. And holy expensive, I got 2 medium pizzas a large poutine and 2L bottle of pop and with tip came up to 115$ 😱😱 i had issues with online ordering so had no choice but to call. The poutine lid was crushed leaving the poutine exposed. The pizza it's self was alright but seemed rushed and slightly burnt.

Let's just say it was the 1st and only time ill order from here again, I have a pizza place I love and pay less for more food.
