I almost never post reviews and I had already made a review for this place, but being the dumbash I am, I tried dealing with them again and I now have a new story to share.
So this time I tried ordering through Skip the dishes. It took 2 hours, 3 drivers and many phone calls to get an order that was missing in items and accuracy.
After I placed the order the first time, the skip driver texts me saying the restaurant didn't receive the order. I call, they confirm they don't have it. I tell them I can't cancel the order from the app, or at least I can't find the option for it, but I will try to place the order again, which I did, exact same order. I call again, he still can't see it, I ask him if he's sure, he goes to check something and magic! Now he sees my order. I let the new skip driver know what happened and a moment later he texts me saying he got TWO orders. So the Tim Horton guy, after turning On the Skip app and realizing he wasn't getting the skip orders before now, sees my two exact same orders, and thinks "that call who called probably wanted his order twice". I guess it's on me for not specifying I only wanted the order once, but come on... I tell the driver to just bring both, I paid for both anyway and figured I could get Skip to reimburse one of the two.
You'd think that would end here, but nope. Tim Horton's manager calls me to understand what happened and ask if I want both orders, I said I didn't care if I had one or two orders, as long as I get something already! He then decided to call Skip, get the second order cancelled and action the first one, creating confusion on my end because I'm still tracking the second order, not the first one. According to the app, a new driver was going to pick up my order, that's the third driver at this point. Then for whatever reason my order wasn't done yet and they had to make it, though I don't understand that one of they were handing the driver 2 orders a moment before, but anyway.
After two hours of screwing around, I finally got my order, from driver #2, which is not the one I was expecting, but no matter. The order is missing one item, and the paid supplements of two other orders were not added.

But there is no work ethic, there used to be people who took pride in their work, they were organized and fast service, now I can almost fall asleep in the drive through. Stop serving full meals at the drive through. What's the point in 2 lanes if you can't even serve people faster. Whoever keeps designing , or managing these tim hortons should be fired, I wouldn't be surprised if there's like 10 people who make these decisions, making a lot of money from doing dumb work. Great coffee, but I don't know how this corporation is making any money at all, honestly stop and look for a second and you will realize how much money you guys could make by just fixing your shit.
