** updated after the owner apologized bellowed. I do know you short of staff. But just pause for a second when you talked to customer. You re always in a hurry to me. As I said I came back and got $4 back. It was still wrong. Not my mistake of calculation. Also about less than a month ago I was charged exactly the same. So it didn’t ring a bell. I’ve never questioned your ability. My friend actually pointed out to me that the $51 was a weird number and made no sense. So this time I came back to ask. Again still wrong. Sorry !!! Watch out everyone! Dont walk out if you not sure what price you pay for. Not pleasure when we want salads insteads of fries. Also asked Fries without salt? Good luck. Although Good burgers I would say. I usually order banquet burger and Longhouse Burger- juicy 👍. Fish and chip is ok if eat there. Dont bring it home. Pizza was terrible. Ordered once and never again. I’ve been back quite many times but then I just realized last couple times we ordered the lady owner sum it up for god knows what she thought about what we just ordered but 2 burgers with 1fries 1 upgraded to salad, no drink would cost $51. It happened twice now. 2nd time I had to come back and asked what the price for? 2 burgers for $36 + $5 salads upgrade? Plus tax? Where the $51 come from? She said something she has charged too much and gave back $4. Still not added up for what we ordered. I don’t think I would question every time we come in. I was so excited to bring my family to this place and when we got there we all had to go use the potty. When we came out I asked my 8 year old daughter to step outside to grab my wallet. Once the door opened the lady (claiming to be the owner) was extremely rude to me about my children. She rudely to me to tell my kids to stop opening the door. Meanwhile my adult brother took my 3 year old cuz she was having a melt down and I asked my 8 year old to get my wallet so I could pay (we never even got to place an order, she yelled the minute I got at the end of a 4 person line and embarrassed herself by screaming and the other guest were not impressed.)

I will never bring them back here again, the bathrooms where extremely disgusting, their was food on the floor in customer area, food on floor in kitchen area like its never been sweeped, no customer service, lack of awareness, and her uniform looked like it wasn't washed all last week.. also she yelled and cursed to my children as I was getting everyone in the car on top of it..

The food looks good on the menu and we were really disappointed. Maybe she just had a bad day and didnt know how to deal with herself. Anyway hope she feels better.

Had subpar experience at the longhouse grill the food was the only thing to rave about. We ordered two burgers with fries and called it in and told them we be there in 30 mins the lady working there said that It would be no problem and it would be ready by then. I come into the store and ask for the pickup order and the lady said she had not started it yet and told me her clock was off by 15mins which meant that there was no point of calling in as the food had not even been started yet. After about 10 mins I got the food went to the car gave my mom her burger and started eating halfway through the meal she noticed her burger was raw in the middle so I went in and asked if I could get another burger. The lady had no issue of making another one and said she tempt the burger but it might just be that side of the burger. She gives me the new burger and a free order of onions rings. My mom takes the new burger has little bite and we head home. That night I ask her if I could have the rest and I notice the burger is raw again idc as I eat my burgers rare I munch it up and it was tasty. But for people like my mom who expect well done meat that is advertised would like well done meat. I suggest you guys train the lady that was working to use the thermometer and tempt the meat properly as I have never had an issue here and would like to come back.
