Becco Express Pizza 2 pour 1 — Restaurant in Granby

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I ordered delivery two nights in a row and they completely messed up my order. The first order I told myself to let it slide but the next night when I placed delivery and my "sans moutarde" preference was highlighted and they still put mustard thats when I said I'd give them a call. I was very polite and explained that it sucked having to wait an hour for my food especially on moving weekend when I don't have any appliances or food in the house just yet, the "patron" was very rude an in the end was only going to reimburse me the difference in what they overcharged my the first time and only give me HALF a smoked meat sandwich since I had eaten half. I told him keep the 3$ difference and to est my sandwich. Very very disappointed and will NEVER...

Je commande de Becco depuis 3 ans et généralement je reçois ma commande dans un délai acceptable. Oui, Il y'a une fois ou la boite de carton était collé sur la pizza et avait arraché le fromage en l'ouvrant, mais Le patron avait accepté de nous offrir une pizza de remplacement. Alors règlement acceptable. Vendredi soir le 14 janvier, par contre, ça dépasse l' inacceptable ...c'est incroyable comme désappointement. À 16h55, j'ai placé ma commande en ligne après àvoir téléphoné pour être mis en attente pendant plus de 5 minutes et qu'enfin du compte la ligne coupe. J'ai rappelé pour être encore mis en attente et en attendant j'ai montée ma commande en ligne. J'étais prêt à l'envoyé quand on m'a répondu. J'ai confirmé ma commande avec la personne, ainsi que mon désir de l'avoir pour 18h30. Le tout à été confirmé par la personne et sur la commande envoyée en ligne. Rendu 19h, ma commande n'était toujours pas arrivée alors j'ai appelé pour me faire répondre qu'on ne savait pas ce qui c'était passé car "on est pas en arrière " et que la commande était envoyé. Finalement, elle est arrivée a 19h30, froide et il manquait le 2L de boisson gazeuse normalement inclus et qui avait été remplacé par une petite canette. La pizza qu'on avait demandé avec piments fort sur un côté était mal coupé ou deux pointes avait du piment fort et doux sur les mêmes. Il manquait aussi des ingrédients sur une partie de la pizza. J'ai rappelé pour parler avec le patron qui ne semblait pas être en mesure de trouver une solution adéquate et ma offert de livrer le 2l tout de suite et 15% sur ma prochaine commande. Pauvre résolution du problème et je n'ai jamais reçu mon 2L de boisson gazeuse. Je ne peux recommander cette endroit. Dommage car j'ai déjà aimé leur pizza. Becco-Express Granby est un restaurant mal géré avec des employés mal formés. ...

Loved the food but the service was awful. Moved to Granby this weekend and ordered from them 2 nights in a row. Both nights we had 55+ minute wait times (which I could get over), but BOTH times they had wrong/problem orders. When we called the second night to explain this we were told sarcastically by the manager “what do you expect me to do about it?” And offered no solution. Furthermore, he said “if you ate it, it couldn’t of been bad.” Complete ignorance and rude behaviour from a restaurant owner. Probably won’t return or recommend based on that experience alone...
