BIG EDIT Made it into my hotel room and opened my Cesar Salad. A Bug crawling in it, and hair stuck to the lid. Mighty disappointed.

Chicken is crispy outside, juicy and tender inside, and much more meat on the "same sized portion" as compared to the competition. Fries are lackluster; crinkle cut, and baked (you can substitute for rice, salad, etc though).

My actual negatives that can't be substituted away: website not very accessible for English speaking people (90% of Canadians), and the Barbecue Sauce is basically a less flavourful version of what the competition offers.

A touch more salt in the sauce, and an English/Français option when you open the website and it would be a no contest...

Vous avez perdu totalement la facon de preparer une pizza , c etait une experience auparavant commander une pizza chez vous , gentillesse de vos employes soit au tel ou a la livraison extraordinaire C etait une experience manger une pizza de chez vous avant .....depuis les dernieres commandes (3 fois) La pizza est tres sec , fromage bruler .... surtout PAS DE SAUCE.......s.vp enseigner aux cuisiniers comment faire une pizza Avant c etait une pizza epaisse et juteuse !!! En terminant j ai un grand respect pour encourager local et famille Quebecoise Esperant que cette opinion vous aidera a vous ajuster ....a un de ces jours peut etre je re essairai votre pizza Toujours ageable de faire rechauffer la pizza restante au lendemain mais la moitie cette fois ci a pris le chemin...

Duhamel is honestly in my top 5 favorite restaurants. The food is tasty and not too expensive, staff is usually nice and the restaurant itself feels very welcoming. I just wish they had more...
