The food is good! We order a lot from the downtown location. However we went to Azilda location for a birthday party and I felt as though we were being rushed. The place was packed (which means consumers are spending money ;)) and we were a group of 20 adults plus kids and possibly expecting more people and had reserved for 20-25. We gave up 2 tables for other patrons and squished our group in which was fine.....but then asked if we needed all of our chairs at the remaining tables we had I guess because some of our group was up talking to others they couldn't talk to sitting. Honestly, food was really good.....but I felt like we were on a time clock to get out for the next ones to come in. If people are spending money in your establishment......don't make them feel as though their holding up your business.....they should be able to stay as long as they lif they're spending money......just us alone 2 adults and 2 children $120 in an hour.....some food for thought. I will definately order from the downtown location....but wouldn't make a special trip there to sit...

It a the best of both mixed in. We where a large group of 10. The orders where all accurate, except for one order that got rice instead of fries. It came with two pieces, one was barely covered in sauce. That doubled with the over powering salt taste made it difficult to finish the meal. The side of vegetables that comes with the meal where over powered by garlic. I'm not a big veggie guy, so I gave them to my wife and even she couldn't finish them.
Despite the few things here and there it really isn't a bad spot to go. I recommend giving them a shot and making your...

But not now.. you call in an order and THEY tell you 25 minutes...meanwhile 30 minutes..40 minutes 50 MINUTES Later you get food that seems to have come from the food basics' freezer isle.. example: fish and chip's definitely 2 - child frozen itty bitty portions- over cooked-too hard to eat..- french fries are cold- ( not even room temperature- just cold..- gravy gelatine anyone? Soggy, wet mushroom caps... coleslaw- gone bad? Was told ready for pick up in 25minutes... an hour I waited for cold poutine ( dry- no gravy) Frozen fishsticks that were deep fried way too long- and let get cold again..and soggy cold mushroom caps.. their wings? Cold- not crispy and congealed..65$. The Dog house HAD good food at decent prices.-Next weekend it's skip the dishes-...
