Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

I like this franchise because of its 50 min or free guarantee. The food is consistent and usually hot. I ordered pizza and the delivery guy showed up totally unprepared, he was wearing Summer running shoes in January, right after several bad snowfalls, had no change despite the fact I had selected cash at door option. I've been recovering from a bout of gout, and have barely been able to walk around and despite the snow we've received, have not been able to make it out to shovel due to my health. Amazon, Canada post, the Chinese food delivery people, and any other delivery people have not had an issue getting to my door but the pizza delivery guy, he calls me on his cell phone that he's here and is standing way out at the road expecting me to come get the pizza so I do. He watches me struggle to get to the road obviously in pain and doesn't have any change for me is so now I have to go back in the house and I have to go get change and come back out. Had he ever been prepared(had actual change for cash payments), I would have given him the full amount in my hand (50 on a 42 dollar order). Worst pizza in Sudbury! Over priced, cheap ingredients, and they don't put double cheese on pizza even though you paid for it. $55 for an extra large pizza and 6 pack of pop! Paid for double cheese, but got regular cheese. Very skimpy on the ingredients. I oredered extra pizza sauce, but like the cheese they charge you for it and then give you the regular amount. The marinara dipping sauce tastes horrible and is expensive considering the small amount they give you. I honestly don't know how anyone can stomach this awful tasting pizza and lack of toppings. I have been ordering pizza pizza for years prior to moving to Sudbury. I have always preferred they’re pizza over other franchises when cooked correctly. However when we moved to Sudbury we could no longer get it unless we went downtown.

I am so happy that they have opened a location in Hanmer. This location has extremely friendly staff. The owners are very hands on and always willing to make sure your order is perfect. Delivery is always quick and on time or early and I have yet to have a negative experience with them. Since opening weve switched to almost always ordering from this location.
