I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Sanjeet. While placing my order, he was rude and unprofessional, treating me differently than other customers. I had never spoken to him before and have never had issues at this location, but his attitude left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I politely asked for his name to address the issue, he defensively responded, âWhatâs the problem? Why do you need my name?â His tone was confrontational, and I felt attacked for simply trying to express my concerns. To make matters worse, Iâve noticed Sanjeet on multiple occasions speaking to his coworkers about customers, including myself, in a way that feels disrespectful and unprofessional "They never will give you a review or about us." He and his friend's group always speak Punjabi in front of us who can't even understand. This behaviour is extremely disheartening and not what I expect from a trusted establishment like Tim Hortons. On a positive note, I want to acknowledge the other employees at this location who consistently provide excellent and respectful service. The manager, Ann and front worker Dale, in particular, is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, which is why Iâve continued to visit this location. Unfortunately, Sanjeetâs behavior and his friends undermines the welcoming environment that Ann and others work hard to maintain. I strongly recommend that Sanjeet work on his professionalism, attitude, and overall approach to customer service. Itâs important for all customers to feel valued and respected, regardless of who is serving them. I don't want to even come to this location because I don't want to see...
Read moreIâve been living in Sudbury for a little over 4 years now. In that time at this specific location, I have gotten my correct order as I asked for it a handful of times.
Over all that time, I never considered writing a public review about it. I just decided to start going less, and less. My most recent visit, not an hour ago. My first of this year, was hands down the worst yet.
My wife and I made a pact this year not to be okay, with things that are not okay. We pay good money for the goods/services we purchase, especially lately with inflation.
I placed my order, got to the drive through and the bagel I had ordered as double toasted. Which is how you seem to have to order anything at Tim Hortons you actually want toasted and not just warmed. Wasnât even browned, and wasnât warm at all. I told the lady at the window that it wasnât what I had asked for, she got very demanding and aggressive with me, telling me that I needed to pull around to the parking lot and wait for them to make another one. After that embarrassment, I didnât want to to that. & I told her not to worry about the bagel at all and left.
Sad to say but Tim Hortons as a whole isnât even comparable to the company that it used to be. The quality of the food has continued to go down as every year passes by. Unless itâs out of necessity and you like throwing your hard earned dollars away on disappointment, I recommend you just...
Read moreWaited in line while several staff behind counter moving around but only one cash open. Noticed donut display was empty which was annoying because the last time I was here, like a week ago, they were out of donuts and muffins. I finally get to order and I ask about the empty donut case. He says he can get them out back. So I order one ham & cheese and one turkey bacon and tomato plus four cruellers and two Apple fritters. The guy gives me a bag with one fritter and one crueller. I call him over and tell him I wanted four cruellers and two fritters. He comes back with two bags and as he hands them to me the sandwiches are ready so he gives me that bag as well. I get home and take out the sandwiches and both of them are burnt and the turkey is slammed on in one big chunk with no effort to spread it out. My wife said the same about her sandwich. My dog got to eat most of my sandwich. Then I open the donut bags, and I got four apple fritters and two cruellers. This is my second bad experience with this location. There's another TH's just up the road on barrydown. Save yourself...
