Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

I love Tim Hortons but this location piss me off so much. I get that the staff are busy but they never listen or read the actual orders that customers put in. For example, my friend can’t stand the taste of sauce in her food so she make sure to ask for no sauce, but even when she does they always put sauce and blame it on it is “busy”. Which I get that but it happened at least 5 times since the beginning of the year. Next example is when I get a tea from there and I ask for honey, they either don’t put the amount I asked for, or they just don’t put any at all. Today I went in and asked to make sure that there was honey in my tea, and the staff member looked at me straight in the eyes and said yes. Because I was in a rush I left the store without tasting my tea. When I eventually did, it was bitter. No sweet added at all. Plus this time it wasn’t busy. Idk what we have to do to feel listen there. It seems to me that they do it on purpose to ignore what we put in for our orders. Very annoying and...
