my experiences are very good EXCEPT on WEEKENDS, every weekend they screw up my order, weather it be bagels (3 times through drive through to correctly get it) or it be constantly screwing up my coffee, worst Tim Hortons around/EVER on weekends!!!!!!!! AZILDA SUCKS ON WEEKENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i've complained in the past to the owner and simply does not care as he poorly apologizes and work ethics and screw ups continue to happen. Sure when i go back to complain and get my proper order they replace it, however its not here and there, its every weekend. maybe when they screw up we should be getting free gas or coffee vouchers, might cost the owner more but then he would crack down on his employees and be more cost effective in the long run and maybe coffee prices would stop going up because of all the wasted coffee, milk/cream and sugar constantly...
Read moreThere are major problems when going to this location in the afternoon. Why I have been served warm if not even cold coffee many times! I’m truly curious, is it failing equipment, poor training or just pure incompetence. When going in the morning everything is excellent. The time and money wasted are gone for good. This mistake will not be made again, I would be insane to ever go back. Please take this as a warning! If your going in the afternoon with a dire need for a coffee your are playing with some bad odds. Can learn the hard way or use mine and I’m sure several others experience and keep driving. Read moreWorst customer service so far i have experienced at Tim Hortons. Assistant manager Darsh was very rude. I ordered cold brew coffee along with food and coffee was sour. When I confronted the assistant manager, he got very angry on me And started abusing me in front of everyone for no reason.
I would not recommend anyone to go there. Also The guy who took our order was very confused and wasn’t trained properly on to take orders. He was keep clearing the screen, atleast 6 times and made us repeat the order each time he cleared the screen.
