If I could give it 0 stars I would. The WORST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Sadly, I’ve been here multiple times because it’s the closest to work and I can’t even count how many times they have messed up my order. Finally this last time I was fed up. I ordered a BLT and when I received it, there was the tiniest amount of mayo. I go back and ask for more mayo. When I get back to my car and take a bite I realized they toasted the top bun but not the bottom. This is the SECOND time they’ve done this to me. I go back and ask for it toasted. I wait for a full 5 mins and they give it back to me the exact same way, not toasted. I ask for a refund because I don’t even want it anymore. Read moreI usually avoid leaving reviews, but my recent experience at this Tim Hortons has been incredibly disappointing. During a single visit, Twinkle and another male barista managed to mess up my order three times. I ordered a classic lemonade but was given a frozen lemonade. Then, I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich and received a wrap instead. They claimed to fix it, but when I got home, the “corrected” crispy chicken sandwich was stale and had only bits of chicken inside (photo attached).
To make matters worse, Twinkle was insulting me in Hindi while speaking to her colleagues—assuming customers wouldn’t understand. Just a reminder, Twinkle: many of us do. This behavior is highly unprofessional, and I expected much better service and respect.

But,I go at different times like 12am or around 1am or 3am. How come they always keep cleaning their espresso machine? However, it takes 6-7 minutes to clean the machine.
