The food is good, the staff are a bit slow unfortunately. When ordering from the Tim Hortons App, you could wait 20 minutes before going and they will ask you to wait out front, not having anything from your order ready. The whole point of me ordering from the app is to have my order ready when I get there so I can quickly grab it and go, not to wait 10 minutes while there's not a single person behind me or seeing 15 people pass by through the drive though when my order should not be taking that long.
The valley Tim's has a much better track record for it and it's only once I've ever had to park in front of that one to get a mobile order.
