If I could rate a minus I would- these people have no care for service industry and having make sure the customer is getting what they ordered instead of just sending out w.e they want because they are busy. I had specifically told them 6 time over the phone ordering, that I was very allergic to mushroom; now working in the industry I know it always common courtesy to let your customer aware that they’re may be cross contamination.. which was never said but repeatedly the woman told me they could accommodate me with my meal and that she garunteed there will be NO mushrooms. I stressed to her again the seriousness of the allergy. Shortly after going to pick up our meals my first bite.. nothing but mushrooms & not cross contamination mushroom but full mushrromm ON AN MUSHRROM ALLERGY ORDER. This just blew my mind... this could of cost me a trip to the hospital and who knows what recovery..just to dock a few minutes off their ticket times !!!! when I called back to let them aware of the situation they gave me a number to Bonnie who I then called and whas very disrespected with attitude and a non shallant tone. I will never be eating here again nor will I recommend unless you legitimately want to risk your life with an allergy due to their cooks and service quality and level...
Read moreI had an awful experience coming here, the moment I walked in two hostess were talking to each other (about non business related things) before they even greeted me even though I was standing right in front of them. After waiting, the lady looked at me and said "its a long wait you should go somewhere else" to me and my girlfriends. One of my friends said "thats a rude way to say the place is busy" and the second hostess rolled her eyes and walked away. I asked her how long and she said "it could be anywhere from 20-45 minutes" which felt like a huge gap but I said we can wait if it ends up being 20 minutes. When I asked if they had any vegetarian options for my friend, the woman rolled her eyes while looking up saying "what?" as if I was annoying her. I repeated my question and she said "I already told you its a long wait" gave a dirty look to my friend and looked back down. The 5 of us just left at that point because we couldn't believe how rude those two women were. Sucks to hear because apparently this is a family owned business which I usually love supporting but my friends and I wont be coming here again and neither will our friends and families who heard about...
Read moreGood grief it takes a lot to screw up breakfast, but The Ranch has it perfected. My wife and I stopped in for breakfast and no words can convey how awful it was. Breakfast here is on par with the free one you get in a hotel. I got a BLT with home fries. The toast was barely toasted and like everything else , lukewarm to cold. The toast was obviously buttered when it was cold because it was not melted. The tomatoes were mushy and I question if they had been pre sliced within the last day or two. The home fries were those dollar coin type and tasted like they had sat in one of those double boilers you see at a buffet. They were no where near crispy. My wife got the 1/2 rancher special. The scrambled eggs were rubber-like and I question if they were powdered eggs. They too were like scrambled eggs found in one of those buffet style double boilers. Toast and home fries were as described above. Then as the waitress comes over to the table she noticed the barely touched eggs and say, “I guess I should have warn you about the scrambled eggs here, they’re terrible. Ha ha ha.” Absolutely dreadful breakfast and I would never bother with this place again...
