Robin's Hawke's Bay — Restaurant in Hawkes Bay

We went through the drive thru with 5 people. Three of which are fussy kids. We weren't very familiar with Robin's menu. It took us about 5 minutes to order 5 breakfast meals. There were 2 cars in the drive thru in front of us and nobody behind. When we got to the window, the owner told us that we cost her a sale because the car in front of us got tired of waiting and decided not to pay. She said we should have come inside to order. She said her sandwich counter was all tied up now because of us. There was no policy posted about a maximum drive thru order. She was very rude. Not a great experience. One of the breakfast sandwiches was made wrong but we decided not to return for a fix since it was apparent that we were not welcome there.

Edit: I just read the owner's reply to this review. Just to be clear, we did not have a big verbal interaction with this woman. We were not having "a bad day" and we barely said anything to this woman once she began yelling at us for taking too long to order and costing her money. After we paid for our order, she told us to park across the lot and wait for our food even though there were no vehicles behind us. We did as we were asked. She brought the food out and said sarcastically "I hope you have a better day". I didn't respond because it was clear she was angry and not interested in feedback. She did not offer to give us food for free nor did we ask for free food as she seems to indicate in her response. Also, she mentions that their drive thru policy is "posted on all social media outlets" but apparently not at their drive thru. I don't typically check a donut shop's social media policies before grabbing a quick meal. We found the whole transaction to be strange and rude. We ate at many restaurants on the Northern Peninsula and this was the only negative experience. I also failed to mention that one of my kids asked to change his order once he realized something he liked more was on the menu and we were told he couldn't change it.
