Ordered at 5:43pm called at 7:23pm because still hadn't received food. I got a rude response. Said it had left, didn't know when, zero apologies. 745 still no food, no apologies, no answers. Never ordering again. Customer service is garbage. Update: owner contacted me via Facebook messages. He gave excuses for the food being late but not for why his staff was rude and then he proceeded to tell me to remove my review and that I should "be careful what I write". Honestly I was mostly upset about how they handled it. Instead of being apologetic they were very rude. Have ordered delivery twice now and both times have been bad. One time never received fries that we ordered even after we called them back twice, second time it took them two trips to get our order right and they ended up overcharging us by $17. Delicious food and it always arrives hot for me, even when I used to order from their restaurant in Ste.Martine which is much further away from my home. Staff has always been a pleasure to deal with.
