I'm incredibly disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. I regularly stop at Tim Hortons to purchase baked goods typically a dozen muffins, donuts, or cookiesfor my coworkers and myself. It’s something I’ve done during every work assignment, and I’m usually in one area for several months. In other locations, like St. Catharines, the staff would even recognize me, greet me warmly, and provide excellent customer service.
Sadly, the experience here has been the exact opposite. On one particular visit, (my last) I placed an order for a dozen muffins. Moments later, the baker came out from the back and started raising her voice at me, demanding to know why I hadn’t placed the order in advance. Before I could even respond, the manager joined in, also yelling at me, saying I had upset her baker and insisting I should have known better than to place such an order without notice. I was stunned. I remained respectful and apologized, but the way I was spoken to—in front of other customers—was humiliating and completely uncalled for. I ultimately canceled my order and walked out. It was in that moment I decided I would never return.
The cashier, who has always been courteous, quietly apologized for their behavior. I appreciated that, but it doesn’t excuse the unprofessional and frankly hostile attitude of the rest of the team. I had previously noticed staff speaking rudely to other customers as well, so this wasn't an isolated event. This is not the standard of service I expect from any business, especially one as well-established as Tim Hortons.
I also have concerns regarding cleanliness at this location, and I sincerely hope that corporate conducts a proper review or spot check. Small towns are usually known for their warmth and hospitality—sadly, that spirit is entirely...
Read moreId like to talk about one of the managers I think her name is Marcella, I don't remember. I am a come and go customer and the amount of yelling I hear coming from this manager and being disrespectful to some of the employees there, I swear its never addressed there and a huge concern for me. On Sunday I saw the baker freaking out about something and I noticed as it was around 12:30 I didn't see the afternoon baker there and the manager was freaking out as she was trying to leave to get home to her dog.
Every time I come In all I hear is criticism going towards the baker and telling her how to do her job on the weekends or whenever she's in, I feel like that one specific baker I think her name is Paige is being abused by this specific power this one manager holds and isn't backing down, when I was in Sunday I seen her put her foot down for her to leave and I seen her leaving in tears many times. I feel like this one specific manager isn't fair on her and something should be done. like whenever I hear this criticism towards this lovely baker she always kills her smile after
Paige brings amazing customer service to this location, her donuts are DELISH, Whenever she has helped me shes always brought 10/10 service, but whenever this manager I think her name is Marcella yells at her it kills her whole persona, please do...

Stopped in this morning for coffee while camping nearby and, as always, this Tim Hortons delivered a great experience. I placed a mobile order about five minutes out, and my coffees were hot and ready the moment I arrived—super convenient when you’re on the go.
There’s plenty of parking, and the location is attached to a gas station and convenience store, which makes it an easy and efficient stop for just about anything you need while traveling or camping.
I’ve used this location many times while camping in the area, and the service has always been consistently friendly and quick. Definitely one of my go-to Tims...
