First of all, let me start by saying whoever was working the sandwhich area on march 24th, 2022 at approximately 12:15-12:30pm, you are a god-sent angel and deserve a huge raise. BEST SANDWHICHES EVER. Im new to the Orillia area, but work has me travelling down to innisfil a couple times a month. I actually got a Crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap a few months ago from this location and it was THE BEST ive ever had. Unfortunately, being new to the area, I told my husband about this delicious sandwhich but couldnt remember the darn area I was in. Luckily a few months later I stopped here again and got another sandwhich and knew this was the location!!! Seriously though, the sandwhich is properly toasted, the bacon is perfectly crispy the chicken is CRISPY - NOT SAUGGY, and they put a solid amount of ranch dressing too. I see people want to complain about their customer service, but unfortunetly Tim Hortons it's self has not made these establishments a place where the employee's have time to chit-chat and catch up on your latest life stories. They are constantly pressured by timed drive-thru scores and long, long line ups. This doesnt excuse rudeness of course but have some sympathy. I sat outside this location and watched them clear MASSIVE drive thru line up's so quickly, without compromising orders. They're fast, friendly, efficient and provide good quality food/beverages. If this is what you guys have to complain about then please, go anywhere in toronto and you will see what real rudness, sloppiness, uncleanliness and consistantly wrong orders look like. Read moreI had a bad experience today Saturday Aug 20,2022 at 1:45pm with a employee who works on the drive through window, a white blonde husky Canadian woman in her late 30’s or 40’s wearing a pink golf shirt not a uniform, no name tag & no earpiece on top which I thought it’s a manger but she had attitude, rude & no patience. I had order a combo deal on my app phone, as I ordered what I wanted i clearly said I’m using my app deal than I went to the window where she didn’t charge me my deal as I gave her my bar code app to scan & I had told her this is not the deal price so she gave me a attitude by saying why didn’t you mention the deal app which I told her I did tell you & if maybe you had your earpiece you would of heard the other end when I placed my order, right there & than she stuck out her head out the window & said do you want a application, I was speechless & I told her the truth & she didn’t apologized. If she can’t handle the job than she shouldn’t work in this field. No customers greetings & bad service unless there’re on a timer to rush customers out but that’s how they make mistakes & loose their temper...

I go there pretty much in the evening , So last 3 weeks I haven't getting my orders right.And every time I pull up to the speaker always in a rush to take order. Never let me finish the order unless I said so. orders are never right. The reason that I couldn't turn back and go because i'm already on the highway driving so I never get to go back. Three weeks ago I order farmes sausage wrap for my daughter. The egg was gray and we end up throwing in the garbage. other week I bought a everything bagel doubled toasted with extra butter, that bagel was, half of the bagel was black , burned like Charcoal and end up throwingin in the garbage. the reason I'm making a complaint because I want the orders right I'm so not looking to get any free things.
