Coore's Lobster Shack — Restaurant in Inverside

We’ve visited this restaurant twice, and both times were absolutely outstanding. The lobster meal was excellent—perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The oysters were some of the freshest we’ve ever had, briny and delicious. The brisket was also a standout, tender and packed with taste.

To top it off, the local blackberry cobbler was out of this world—sweet, tangy, and the perfect ending to the meal. Pairing everything with the local wine made the experience even better.

A true gem we’ll happily return to...

Fantastic venue and food! Portions are super....I ordered the half ribs and shared with my 18 year old daughter! The sides too were generous! The corn, coleslaw and potato salad were all yummy!

So nothing was wrong with the atmosphere and the service, pretty good to be honest, the big issue was the food, we got small portions, lobster roll was highly covered in mayo, corns bread was tail and burned. Brisket was full of fat and not a lot of meat, barely any sauce. Butter for the corn bread was hard. Corn was ok but a little too “fancy”.
