Iron Grill Steakhouse — Restaurant in Kamsack

Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. The waitress that toke our order didn't even put it in the computer. All she did was write it down on a piece of paper and throw it away. After about 45 mins another waitress came by and asked if there was anything she could do and we asked where our two pizzas where. When she came back she said there was no order for ours pizzas. So we had to replace our order and that toke another 45 mins to get the wrong pizza's that we didn't even order. And we didn't even get plates. We asked for them two times and still didn't get them so my mother had to go behind the counter and grab them. We didn't even get any refills on ours drinks the hole time we waited for our food. I have been to the Iron Grill twice. The first time was not memorable. The second time I ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was so greasy that we couldn't even finish it. That's how you know they use cheap ingredients. The fries, ribs, and chicken fingers ordered were cheap as well. Everything is frozen. Nothing fresh. The steak was so chewy.

The atmosphere is dark and uncomfortably quiet. The website states a "warm atmosphere," but that is not true. Almost like eating in an empty hallway.

The cost is too high for the quality of food. I wouldn't waste my money there again. I'm surprised they're still in business. Maybe because locals don't have too many options...

My daughter and i had a steak each. One medium well, one medium rare. Both came the same, medium. Chicken noodle soup of the day for starter was great! Literally everything else lacked flavour. Thank god for hp sauce. Meal was very very bland. From the time we ordered to getting our food was about 45mins. Friendly staff, clean place and nice environment. Won't be coming back, on top of the food being bland the potatoes are obviously box potatoes, bad quality onion rings, and if the coleslaw wasnt store bought i would be surprised.
