Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Kawartha Lakes

My husband and I went through the drive through. We asked to buy a $10.00 Tim Hortons gift card that we would pay cash for. Then on our Tim Hortons card that’s we have we ordered two coffees and 10 plain Tim bits ... They repeated the order correctly. We went to the window. First my husband gave them the cash of $10.00. for the Tim Hortons card. Then he gave them our card for the separate coffee order. They handed us our coffee order put an extra $10. On our card. No gift card which we wanted for our friends birthday today. We backed up and repeatedly and I mean 10 times had to explain we needed the birthday card for $10:00. They spent 20 minutes arguing being rude and yelling at us that they were instructed to put the add the $10:00 on our card. And their head sets were not working so they didn’t understand what we were talking about. Mean while it was clearly on their screen as the card for the $10:00 was a separate or from our coffee order. Plus my husband said he was paying cash for the Tim Hortons card. Which he gave them $10:00 in cash for. After explaining this to now 4 people’ there. The girl beside the gentleman who was on the til told us not to come back!!!!!! Wow I now want and will be talking their owner and manager. Horrible customer service experience. Sad thing is I have worked in the past for Tim Hortons and was always proud of my experience. Now...

I just had an amazing drive-thru experience at Tim Hortons, and I have to give major credit where it’s due. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional—right from the speaker box to the pickup window. It’s not every day you get such warm service without even stepping out of your car!

The service was impressively quick, even with a line ahead of me. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, and they got everything right—no mistakes, no long wait, just smooth, efficient service with a smile. It made my morning!

As for the food—top notch, as always. My coffee was hot, fresh, and perfectly made just the way I ordered it. The breakfast sandwich was warm and delicious, and the hash brown was crispy and satisfying. You can tell they really care about getting things right, even in a fast-paced setting like the drive-thru.

This Tim Hortons location makes grabbing your morning coffee or a quick bite not just convenient, but genuinely enjoyable. Great people, great food, and fantastic service—every single time.

We have had multiple problems at this location often we ask for 2 or 3 combos sandwiche side and drink im very specific about my orders and very clear a few times we were missing sides or they did not put it in order after asking I've gone back and asked for my side and they try and charge me for it I was very polite about explaining situation and they rudely blame me even know I've been very specific to try to avoid this happening multiple times also often are beverages are either wrong or just gross not sure how they mess up simple coffee they do give me a new one if I notice right away but one time we were to far and my wife got another coffee at next timhortons on way back thru we stopped with coffee still intact and explained it tasted like soap even compared to my coffee and they wouldnt refund it and said I was rude and wouldn't deal with me at this point i did get rude cause it has been one thing after another with...
