Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Kipling

We were just at this restaurant and had an absolutely terrible experience. There were 2 workers that we saw working today. We decided to try supporting a small town Tim Hortons and take our son there for supper since we were in Kipling on other business today.

We stood at the counter patiently for close to 10 minutes while a worker fiddled around behind the counter. The worst part in his customer service is that he made eye contact with both myself and my husband and decided to ignore us. The least he could have done was say "I will be with...

Terrible service. Gentlemen taking my order didn't know where items where on the till. Gave us the wrong donuts. Had to show him which one we asked for. Food took forever to get made and when I finally got my wrap the entire outside of it was covered in sauce. The staff had an alarm going off on a tablet behind the counter for the entire hour...

Well coffee was ok and served quick. But when my wedges came. I was told that was all they could give me. Like that’s not true. I’ve walked from Nova Scotia to Kipling Saskatchewan for diabetes charity. And never received anything like this. A half order . Really!! What a joke and to try and blew me off and went back to taking more orders....
