This place used to be great. I used to come here all the time. But this has happened three times now, so I can’t just say it was an accident. The last two times I came to eat, my sandwich had no sauce at all. It was honestly the driest sandwich I have ever had, and I have been to some bad places. It is really disappointing because this used to be one of my favorites. The food was amazing before. Now they barely put any sauce on, and it completely ruins the taste. it's just horrible to serve black burned submarines how disgusting it is.

the girl who served me today 18.04.2018 was in a bad mood, not friendly, no smile, my submarine burned to black and while I turned away she put good food in it and did not even ask me what exactly I want. OK. all this she did away from the counter in the depth of the department's serving part and wrapped it nicely. the taste was horrible, with bits of charcoal from burned bread I showed her this burned submarine and she just said “ no problem, it always like that” yes girl you have problem. Extremely dissapointed. Will not eat there again. Terrible service from the owner himself.

We have been ordering from this location many times before (every 2 weeks) for almost a year now and all of the blue they refused to deliver to our location (in Sainte-Anne de Bellevue right off of the 40) even though they have been delivering every other time.

The owner kept saying that I must be mistaken and that they never delivered here.

I guess now, if you're more than an 10min drive away they won't...
