I imagine the food is perfectly fine there. It's Domino's; they have a recipe. And I also want to be clear that anyone I had an interaction with was polite. I arrived with free pizza coupons I received for my birthday. These are "get one free three topping pizza" coupons and there is a QR code on the back which gives participating restaurant locations. This is the very first Domino's listed. The long and short is they would not honor the coupon. I believe it was the manager or perhaps even the owner I was dealing with who, as I mentioned was polite, but wouldn't accept the coupon blaming another store owner for handing them out in abundance. Despite me not knowing where my coupons came from as they were a birthday gift, and the fact that they're not coded in any way, he was certain they were given out by this multi-restaurant owner. So, he said he would accept a coupon but only at 50%. This isn't a half price pizza coupon, it's a free pizza coupon. He's completely within his right to have an issue with the situation but the fact is he's listed as a participating restaurant. It is not a customer's fault that he doesn't like the situation, he should honor the coupon as is and deal with what he perceives to be the problem on his end. Now, here I am, writing this review which doesn't reflect well for the store or his actions. I have ran two chain restaurants in my lifetime and there is always reimbursement when honoring coupons of various value. Maybe that has changed? I somehow don't think so. She waited over 23 mins on hold.. then was rudely spoken to by the woman taking her order.. my father drove down to pick up the order and had issues with his card or again the same woman treated my father rudely in person... it was only after my father had paid he realized the woman at the cash had added a $6 tip for herself.. when confronted you accused my father of yelling at her and blaming HIM for adding a $6 tip... Unbelievable .. to the owners of this company: whoever was taking orders March 22nd 2019 at approximately 11:15 this person should be repremanded. We have been buying from you guys for years.. this is unacceptable customer service.
Update oct-2024: I ordered for myself this weekend. A pan pizza with extra Brooklyn pepperoni, extra cheese, green olives. Well done. I got what looked like less than the normal amount of cheese, standard amount of pepperoni. looks like a handful of were thrown at the pizza, clearly was not well done, nor was there much sauce in it at all. Was a damp clump. When I got to the location there was one guy in there, took him a while to even acknowledge me, ranting and raving to a co-worker that walked in shortly after me about a delivery person that got ticket for speeding. Read more#AVOID!!! Ordered a small cheese pizza (for my son), and a medium pacific veggie for my wife and I. They "Forgot" the cheese pizza in the order. No stress - it happens. I told the delivery guy that there's one missing, and he said he'll take care of it and come back. After waiting an hour, I called and asked, "Has the order been processed?". The girl on the phone, said, "No, the order wasn't placed because our system shows that only one pizza was on the order." So I say, "Yes, but I asked the driver if he could bring me the missing pizza. So it hasn't been proceeded?" She replies, "No." So I ask if she can process it, and then she proceeds to get angry at me, blames me for the fouled up order & hangs up on me. I call back... she doesn't answer the phone. Avoid Avoid Avoid. UPDATE: Never had a problem with the people at the other place on St. Charles, Vaudreuil (same owner).
