Eggsquis — Restaurant in L'Île-Perrot

Too bad I can't put zero stars. I'm pretty sure the owner has no idea what's going on in his restaurant. First we come in, two minutes pass no one says hi. Finally, one of the bus girls sees us and offers a table. Eventually, Stephanie our waitress if you want to call her that takes our order bring our food and NEVER came back to see us. Thankfully the very capable bussgirl finally brings us or refill water. Meanwhile all this is happening our waitress Stephane is at the pass drinking pink champagne with the manager. I have to wave her down from my table to be able to get our bill. Once I get it I go to pay at the cash and decide to tell Stephanie that I have been a waiter for over ten so I decide to tell her instead of the manager to give a chance to excuse her self to what she replies well if you were nicer to me I would have given better service" that's when I told her she can't talk to a customer like that, she's says next time you come ask for someone else(I have never in my life heard a waitress say anything even close to that) then she says it was mothers day and please stop talking to which I reply that that isn't an excuse to no do your job. At this point I decided to talk to the manager while I was talking to her i can hear Stephanie saying to her colleagues "lui avec son osti d'attitude qui parte!" There were about five tables and all the costumesr That's when my girlfriend went up to the whole group that were drinking pink champagne, tells them we can hear you because it was unprofessional and over exaggerated reaction from the whole group of waitresses . That's when mastful walks out of the pass goes up to my girlfriend and goes "pfff" to which my girlfriend replies if she had anything to say to her, to what masfal answers "you just wanted a discount" that's when took the gift card the manager gave us because of Stephanie's unprofessionalism and walked out

We chose our restaurant because we liked it and I would have never thought I would have walked out of there undignified...

We all know covid has been hard on the restaurant industry, but unfortunately this establishment I have to change my review. It has gone down I'm not unfortunately. Service is still very good. I've noticed that the quality of food, and also quantity portion wise has dropped significantly.. what used to be a plate full of good quality food with good variety of fruit has now become unfortunately I have filled plate with options removed , cheaper quality . As an example the beans I had were super watery and flavorless, what used to be thick slices of bacon looks like microwave style bacon. The fruit selection was not appetizing and tiny portions.. even the quality of the butter they use seems to taste different.. the only thing that hasn't changed is the chocolate crepe on the kids menu.. but even the free beverage that comes along was downsized as well. Very disappointing. Do better I will revise my...

Went for breakfast this morning with a friend and was disappointed with the service we received. The food was great however the waitress got both of our orders wrong and never came back to check up on us. We had to wave her down multiple times before she finally noticed we were calling her. My friend asked for no fruit with her meal but was later given fruit and missing the potatoes which comes with literally every meal. By the time our orders were fixed our food was cold. When it was time to pay we waited at least 40 minutes to receive our bill however the restaurant was not busy at all. There were maybe four other occupied tables at the time. We tried to wave down the waitress again to pay our bills but she kept on brushing us off and proceeded to talk with her friends at another table. I don't think I will be returning to this...
