For my main course, I chose the grilled salmon—perfectly cooked and paired with seasonal vegetables that were bursting with flavor.

The cocktails are a must-try! The bartender crafted the perfect mix that complemented my meal beautifully. The service was impeccable; our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu.

Moved into the neighborhood about 2 years ago and happened by Balneo by looking for a nicer restaurant on the web near me. Read a few reviews and decided to give it a try since everyone was just raving about the food and service.

I have to say, those that raved did not do this restaurant justice, the melding of food and ambience with old European flavors was just fabulous. Our lovely waitress Karine turned out to be our most delightful bartender as well and we certainly took advantage of her skillful talents.

Koodos to Derek and Martine the owners of this delightful establishment for putting together meals to simply take you away and hiring people to match and compliment thier skills.

We ordered the Parisian and Jack Daniel’s burgers and were impressed by how accommodating the staff was—they even allowed us to place a to-go order. Our food was ready in just 15 minutes. From the first bite of the appetizer bread, I could tell the meal would be high quality. While condiments usually enhance a burger, in this case, the patty itself stole the show—fresh, clearly made in-house, and packed with flavor.
