McDonald's — Restaurant in L'Île-Perrot

This place is probably the worst McDonalds i have ever dealt with. I go there every few months and every time there are problems and i tell myself i will never go there again. However inevitably i am passing by and decide i will give it another try, and every time i am let down.

They constantly mess up my orders, one time i had to come back 3 times before they got it right. All i asked for was a sausage mcmuffin with no egg and some extra bacon. It was so ridiculous i even asked the cashier if there was an easier way for me to explain my order so they would understand. First order had egg, took it back, then they just added bacon to the egg, then they removed the egg and sausage and left me with some bacon on an english muffin.

They always burn the english muffin's and the amount of times i have been standing at the counter waiting to order and was just ignored for a good 10 minutes is ridiculous. Then when i am served no apology for the wait and my order is taken with an attitude that i am bothering them. I assume this is some tactic to get people to use the drive through or those self serve machines, however they removed some options for customizing your burger (i just want to add big mac sauce to my cheese burger) so i HAVE to order at the counter. Trust me, i would avoid dealing with them if i could.

Just drive 2 minutes down the road into Dorion to the McDonalds there which is probably the best McDonalds i have been to. Super fast, polite staff and they have yet to screw up my order.

I would give this a 1 star, but really it is McDonalds so my expectation is low and they did at least give me a burger once.

Have never complained about a restaurant before but this franchise should not be allowed to represent Mc Donald’s chain I have been coming here for years and their service has been very bad like forgetting items and very slow drive through . Their food is only warm at best but when you’re hungry they were the only burger place near by. Today I went through the Drive in and asked for 2 Mac chicken comb. one spicy and one not. She didn’t understand in English so asked if she would like it in French which she didn’t answer so I repeated the order 3 times in French. Got home and got it wrong gave me two spicy chicken. Went back to complain and and guess who was the manager at the time the young lady who took my order. Needless to say she immediately said I gave her the wrong order and put the sandwich in the garbage . She said I was being a racist when I ordered and I told her I couldn’t see her when I ordered over the microphone and I’m also a visible minority . The problem the person working the drive in should speak either French or English. When I actually spoke to the store manager she brushed me off saying she would talk to the employee who was giggling with her coworkers behind her they don’t replace the sandwich or offer me any apology. They constantly get my coffee order wrong, ordered a breakfast trio, when I got home I noticed that no hash brown was in the bag and lastly, decided to try the new Maple bbq and BACON quarter pounder, got home and discovered that apparently the name wasn't specific enough, no bacon! If it wasn't for the "convience" of Mc Donald's Île Perrot being so close, I would definitely go to another one. To summarize, the staff are either poorly trained or idiots or both. Update Ordered a coffee on the app and they still managed to screw it up! Latest update Ordered a coffee at the drive thru. Took almost 15 minutes to get to the pickup window where I watched Maude ignore me while texting. I finally figured out what's wrong with this McDonald's, everybody has a bad case of IDGAF!!! Last update Ordered a coffee on the app, chose curbside pickup and sat there for almost half an hour waiting.
