Pizza Hut — Restaurant in L'Île-Perrot

I hate being negative, but I’m just being honest in order for Pizza Hut to better themselves.

All in all, I suppose, good value for the money, especially if one’s plan is to feed a bunch of hungry kids — that said, our $8. box of fries were beyond overcooked; very, very dry. The pepperoni pizza was noticeably oily, not just “box stained oily”, but actually “wet”. I read the same 2 comments in two other reviews.

The bacon and meat “add ons”were “processed mini cubes” of bacon and beef — not exactly what I was expecting. I suppose this may be due to being a fast-food chain? I’m not sure if these issues are a “thing” with all PH locations, but if not, this location needs to remedy these issues. If I had my way, crust would be less “bread like” with more “crust texture”, not as greasy, and again, properly cooked fries.

Went into Pizza Hut in the middle of the afternoon to order the "Pizza of the Day", which was Chicken Ceasar. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes before someone took my order. I asked if I could have tomato sauce instead of the alfredo sauce they normally put on it, and the guy refused to do it, telling me they didn't have a button on the system for that option. I suggested that he just tells the girl making the pizzas. After much back and forth, he finally agreed to change the sauce. I honestly don't understand why this seemed to be such a big issue, and why they wouldn't want to make the customer happy. Between waiting to give my order, and what I went through trying to get tomato sauce, I was not at all pleased with the customer service. I walked into Pizza Hut today (no customers were there) and the older gentleman working didn't even crack a smile at me. I said "Hey how are you? Can I have the big dipper please?", he then looked at me with disgust and confusion (like I was the dumbest person on the planet) replying "what"? I then repeated myself multiple times "The Big Dipper - the pizza that comes with all of the sauces". He was actually getting frustrated with me and told me to look at the menu down below and choose something. Now I was annoyed because I've had this multiple times here and it literally says the exact words on the pizza box. I pulled out a picture of the big dipper online. He then goes "oh the big DEEPER".
