I've never posted a review before and have had my share of irritating food experiences, but it's been over a week since we ordered from here and I'm still wobbling... We ordered two large pizzas with extra pepperoni and cheese/ mushrooms and extra cheese (received two large pizzas with traces to no-toppings instead), two creamy garlic dipping sauces. That is all feasible in my mind and I was happy to put it down to a bad selection on my behalf, but I had 3 hungry people at the table on a Wednesday evening, more because of the error in toppings on pizza than I ordered. I did a mistake by not looking at the pizza during pick up. Then I went back the restaurant. The 'Indian' I spoke didn't need my order number... he knew exactly who I was and was very dismissive and defensive from the outset. No apology for the 'mistake' in pizza toppings and told me I should complain to Main office - certainly no offer of a refund. This was not a main office issue in the slightest and I wasn't going to call main office for poor restaurant service. He ended up telling me how busy he was (no customer observed inside) and cut me off. With hungry mouths to feed, I placed another order from a different restaurant, for half the price, with much better value and tasting pizzas - and had leftovers. I will never order from here again. Poor value, disgraceful customer service and an overall beyond...
Read moreThis was my place to go for last 3 years. 95% crust, 3% sauce and 2% cheese, no Chicken. This is what happened with extra cheese and chicken pizza. I ordered two extra large pizzas, we ate one because we were hungry and I haven't asked for the replacement pizza for that. However it was same.
Just enlarge the picture and have a good look at the pizza. No cheese and chicken on it.
After having the pizza delivered, I called the call customer service and they asked me to get the credit or replacement pizza, I opted for replacement pizza. And guess what, I never received that and my two young kids went hungry for few hours since we're waiting. I called the customer service again and they tried to reach the store, and found no answer.
Then I drove to the store and found they're only owner and a delivery guy seating. Owner told me that you most likely got the credit so why are you here? I just couldn't believe it myself what I just heard. So I just put my pizza on their counter and walk away.
Pizza pizza worked so hard to get it's reputation and created a brand that people trust is now being destroyed by some of these scumbags.

Eventually the gourmet pizza arrives, but not the original order of pepperoni. Waiting 30 minutes for manager to understand what employee wasn’t able to get right on the first attempt.
Unfortunate that students are hired and cannot learn basic cash...
