Stay away from this place, they are so rude and cheap. You pay 17$ for a poke bowl and your bowl is half empty. Not to me tion its a fight to get a soya sauce and a bag. My whole family has order there many times and we leave frustrated every single time. They are really rude and don t care about customer service. There portions are a total joke and they will do everything possible not to give you a soya container cause they are probably expensive. In order to get a bag you need to order a lot of food other wise they will try to save on that also. They don t realize that friendly smile can go a long way, instead they seem frustrated . Oh did i me tion CHEAP . They want your money but won t give anything in return. We have finally decided to never go back so that we can avoid this frustration . Everybody we know all say the same thing about this...

One word WOW and not in a good way the service is bad and the people that work there are so rude I went today and the young Asian girl that worked at the cash was super rude I asked her for the menu and she told me that the menu is outside as I walked out she whispered something and when I asked her what she had said she replied with “well yeah it’s obvious that the menu is out I don’t have to repeat myself to every client” as someone who works with people that’s your job to educate each client I would never go back there the owners have to check who works for them because of her they lost business I DONT RECOMMEND THIS...

Will no longer purchase from this location. Went in to place an order. Requested an item (UNAGI) and the asian lady behind the counter told me in no uncertain terms, "WE DON'T SELL ENDANGERED SPECIES HERE !!" OMG, i'm so sorry, no one ever informed me of this. Please forgive my ignorance and please don't hate me for it. Thank you for sharing this important information with me. You see... there is a kinder way of enlightening someone. The staff here OBVIOUSLY has absolutely no idea of what kindness is. And FYI, I was not served by any young teenagers working for...
