Tim Hortons — Restaurant in L'Île-Perrot

I don't write bad reviews because i know what that means for business, but today morning in my 5 years leaving in ile perrot area, i really got bad experience on this place, i pass with my car like every morning to buy my breakfasts, i said, i would like to have muffing dejeuner, so when i get to the window they gave me muffin anglais, so i checked it and i gave back the order it and said please i ask dejeuner, so the lady told me to park and wait there, they will bring it to me, i say ok not problem, so i parked, so 30 seconds after came another lady with not good attitude to ask what i order and i said, i order muffin dejeuner and she answer me back, you ask for muffin and that is anglais no dejeuner, so with this answer of course i parked my car properly and i went inside.

when i'm was inside i ask her for the manager and she said i am, so i respond wow if you are the manager, this store can no go well, so i ask her again for the person in charge? and she answer again is me the supervisor, ok who is the person in charge? so another member of the staff answer we are all in charge, we are all supervisor, i said wow really? so ask again if i want to make a complain who is the person i can talk, on that moment they find me another lady and i spoke with and told me the manager is in vacations, i complain with her and i told her i leave 2 min front there and this would be the last time i come there, i know that will not make any difference for the owners because they are loosing one client only, but i,m doing this as wake up call because i'm a sales manager and i know about costumer services and this wasn't the right way to handle...

I don’t know how to start this review I guess i’ll start by saying why even bother going to that place i don’t know about the others but the one on donquichotte never as any freakin donuts every freaking time i stop by the only thing they have is the kind of weird flavoured donuts nobody eats all the good ones are always gone and its like they makes once a day in the morning and if you dont show up on time well to bad for you...... Hey Tim heres and idea how about making sure you always have donuts maybe you should change your name to Tim’s coffe house cause thats all you have anyways.... Damn i miss Dunkin Donuts at least they have donuts all day not like them lazy tim hortons employes that cant keep there stock full Oh and by the way wheres the cherry tim bits who the heck decided to removed them from the menu?....... All that aside the ile perrot tim hortons sucks...

The worst Tim Horton ever , please don’t go there , the cashier called Marco , he was super Rude, not respectful, we went July 24th at 4:45 pm , we ordered coffee and Oreo ice Capp , the receipt is attached. When I asked for empty cup to split my coffee he refused to give me and asked to CHARGE me for empty cup , I told him I have been buying my coffee since 10 years now from Tim , anytime I asked for an empty coffee they gave me without any problem, he said NO YOU SHOULD PAY THATS WRONG . Then for the Oreo he forgot to Put Oreo and he took the cup from me again to add it , I told him you should be nice with the customer he replied VERY RUDELY” I know my job madam 😡” his colleagues were laughing. Bad experience, bad branch , will never go...
