I've been to the best bakeries in Paris and Vienna but they don't even compare to the experience I had here at Nuances de Grain. The items we tried were absolutely divine. The flavours were incredible - I've never tasted anything as fresh or flavorful as the baked goods I picked up from here. Eating them on the balcony I forgot for a moment that I was in Quebec. It truly felt that I was in a small village somewhere in Europe. Stopping here was one of the best experiences of my trip to Eastern Quebec and I will definitely be back...

As I sat on the tailgate of the truck eating delicious tourtiere and drinking some seriously good coffee I wondered what would happen if this place wasn’t a fourteen hour drive from home. I would definitely need to exercise more because I would be here every day. Also, I gotta call attention to the best sign ever. It says “Cafe and Bakery” in French and there’s an arrow pointing in the direction you need to go. Ontario, learn from this. This is...

Merci encore! Marilou et...

Excellent freshly baked croissants, coffees and quick lunch. Amazing staff. They made me feel like a regular customer after couple of days and even remembered my name. The cafe opens at 8 am. Perfect for someone like me who needs the latte first thing in the morning and car glamping nearby.

A very cute bakery and coffee shop, it is definitely worth stopping if you are in the area. The roast their own beans on site. Had a very small amount of indoor dining and a nice covered outdoor patio
