Okay let's begin with how slow the workers are. I went around lunch time, so the line was quite long. You'd think they would try to hurry up so as to get people in and out asap, but no. They work at the pace of the snail as their small bakery fills to max capacity. As an example, the lady in front of me wanted a single lottery ticket and nothing more. It took them 8+ minutes to fill that request. Now imagine having them ring up my order for a family of 5.
Next is the cleanliness. On the surface, it looks alright. But upon looking closer at the baked goods in the display, their are flies landing on everything. The 2 or 3 that we're in there touched just about everything. I grabbed a muffin and some cookies that seemed untouched but let's be honest, they definitely were at one point.
Then you have the outside seating. Now I understand that there are going to be bugs, I mean we are outside. But the amount of flies was to bad that I had to eat in my car. The view from the seating area was wonderful, boasting the mountains and surrounding water.
Last is the taste. The food lacked flavor (I had a pizza-type dish) and the desserts were sub par at best.
Overall, I recommend that you avoid this place and look further around the island for something,...

Sit down at the picnic tables with your tarte au sucre, rillette with confit des oignon or hunk of warm bread and soak up the views of the St. Lawrence River and the Mountains of Charlesviox. We loved it so much we stayed overnight at La Roche Pleureuse Hotel just have to have the quiche lorraine in...
