OMG the artichoke dip is out of this WORLD! The fries with parmesan, delicious. Trying the hush puppies now... Deep fried doughy goodness with a chipotle-like sauce? Delicious. The salads are pretty good as well! Caesar salad with bacon is always a win!

Read moreMy wife and I and some friends recently had lunch at La Knowlton, micro-brewery and restaurant located on Route 104, also known as Knowlton Road. My friends ordered a salad and pizza and the roast beef dip. My wife ordered the chicken burger and I had the blue smash burger, which is a burger served with blue cheese. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. Their recommendations have been on point every time I’ve come.
In terms of food, the burger is a must have. My sister also had the pizza and really enjoyed her meal. The poutine is also very good, and unlike other spots in town their gravy is a Demi-glase and changes the whole flavor profile of the dish.
For the beer, I could drink 1 million pints of their cream ale but if you’re feeling like something a little bit more robust I recommend the double IPA.
Dessert was also 🔥🔥🔥
All in all, I’m pumped that knowlton co came to town and look forward to coming back for years to...
