Naples pizza — Restaurant in Lakeshore

Belle river naples tried to charge me $51 for a queen super plus extra cheese and half banana peppers (queen special is 29.99. And extra toppings is 3.75 each) Never again. They even assaulted us and tried to break in the house and assault my friend. The delivery driver also banged on the door and tried to break in. Mind you I already paid $40 for the first pizza they made incorrectly and they still had my money . The delivery driver also threw the whole pizza on the porch and at the door after we returned the pizza and I got my money. They made the wrong order in the first place and didn't tell me there was an extra charge over the phone when I called to explain or I would have canceled. Owner and staff is extremely rude! And even tried to call me to never order again. As if I ever would after that kind of horrible service. I hope this incident never happens to anyone else. Whoever runs this place....the naples franchise...

My husband ordered pizza tonight for pick up. He ordered a large “super” pizza which had 4 toppings totalling $29.90. Time to prepare was 30 minutes. We both liked it. There were plenty of toppings, the sauce was good, the crust fairly thin which we liked. We both agreed we would order again. One suggestion to all pizza restaurants is to list their pizza’s by their size, 14”, 16”, 24”, etc. d Describing it’s size by the number of slices is subjective. Some of our slices were 1-1/2” at the widest part, some were 3”. Unless they use a standard pizza slice cutter where all slices are equal in size, the number of slices cut by hand are variable in size. Standard pizza sizes should be measured by the diameter of the pizza in order to give an accurate description of the size. This observation goes for any business that...

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to serve really good subs. Went tonight for 4 subs and the young girl behind the counter was completely baffled by any order that wasn’t exactly as it appears on the menu. It was clearly a lot to ask to only make the sub with a few of the toppings and adding extra toppings ? Forget it. You’ll have to explain it very slowly and clearly a number of times. Finally got our subs to go. Since when are pizza subs cold ?? Another guy that seemed to know what he was doing even showed up to help the young girl and yet cold subs ? Barely edible !! Pizza subs don’t get heated up ? Seriously dissapointing all...
