My friends and I used to eat wings at the Windsor location on a weekly basis and were excited to find out that the Lakeshore location which is much closer to us was opening. We have eaten there a few times since it has opened and have ordered takeout 3 times. Our first visit took over an hour to get our food and the service was lousy. Our drinks were empty the entire time we ate and the wings were brought to our table in takeout boxes by mistake.

Due to the experience taking well over an hour just to get our food we had resorted to ordering takeout. The first order the wings were slimy and inedible.

The second order we poked holes into the takeout boxes for our drive home (5 minutes) and everyone's food was incredibly. Wings and fries were still crispy and were easily the best in town

The third order we arrived 5 minutes early to pickup our food which was already ready. The food was placed into the takeout boxes blazing hot without holes which caused all of the food to steam and again the wings were slimy. 100$ takeout orders for the wings to be slimy and to get thrown out is disappointing.

When the wings are made properly they are the best around. however this location does not live as the Windsor location. Time would actually be saved going to the other location even with a 20 minute...

today was my first time dealing with this place. We ordered takeout by phone and I picked it up. Got home and they'd forgotten my fries so I called them and they delivered them to my door about 15 minutes later! Now that is top service. The wings and fries were better than my prior favourite place. I will order from them place again. Very impressed, thanks guys!

Fast forward six months after my first review.......we ordered again, tried calling them to place my order but was told by a recording had to do it online. The online ordering it worked well except for a small glitch in not knowing when my pick up time was. As it was my first time I didn't know that the "system" would send an email to tell me..but I will know better next time. BUT...maybe there won't be a next time as the wings we ordered were dry and tasteless...I ordered mine with the cajun rub but there was no hint of any taste of it (like before) so they either have gotten stingy with it or they forgot...either way......it wasn't good. Not worth the money or the drive to pick it up. Their greek...

This is usually our favourite place to go, hence why I chose it for my husband’s 40th surprise dinner. I made a reservation a month in advance and even called the manager the week of to verify that we would have two tables of 10 set up as our friends and family would be arriving before I brought my husband. When our guests arrived, the staff had zero knowledge of the reservation and they were left to seat themselves, quite literally. When we arrived, we walked into our guests seated at 4 separate tables and some had not been sat at all! The manager clearly did not communicate our reservation or staffed appropriately to accommodate us as we had the bar tender as our server who was frustrated that we had not all been sat at a table by the hostess, and I felt bad for him as he was having to run around to ensure his bar and our tables were tended to. We will still be back as the food and drinks are great, but this is not a business that cares about accommodating...
