We had a wonderful experience at Le Kabernet. From the welcoming ambiance to the excellent service! The food was cook perfectly!
The oyster with the mignonette sauce, so GOOD & beautiful presentation!
The filet mignon PERFECTLY cook the way I requested it.
The crème brûlée, their wine selection & cocktails!
The ribs were so TENDER! Everything with no exception was delicious!
We are SO happy to have discovered this fine restaurant! It’s truly phenomenal to have such a high end quality place like this in the Acadian peninsula!

So impressed with our recent evening at Le Kabernet. First of all, the service was on-point. Our server (also the owner, I believe) provided suggestions for drink pairings and menu choices. She knew where every single ingredient on the menu was sourced - all local and some even from her garden. The menu is more high-end, but not inaccessible and because of the quality and serving, arguably provides good value for the price.
Oysters were perfect. Miscou tuna tartare (meal/repas serving) was generous and delicious. I enjoyed the entire meal and experience thanks to the chef...

Horrible experience. Ruined a date night.
Loud, rowdy patrons that the staff doesn't even try to keep under control because they order lots of alcohol. Loudening the music or changing tables didn't make them less noticeable.
Main course took over 3 hours to hit the table, however the fish was overcooked and the steak stringy. At the price point, this is just not up to par.
On a more positive note, at least the entrees were tasty.
