Let me start by saying that i have been a long term customer. I have been ordering food from Lanark Pizzeria for over 10 years. I ised to absolutely love this place, but it has taken a drastic turn for the worse.
I ordered a Pizza like I always do, nobody asked for additional details besides the standard "what I want", and "where I live". Nobody asks me how I want to pay.
They say they are going to be an hour, I say "no problem". An hour and a half goes by and finally this tattered old car pulls into my driveway. It has no side mirrors, and the entire side of the car is smashed in, as well as the front.
The guy gets out says nothing to me, except "25 dollars". So, I say "I need the debit machine".
Immediately the guy rolls his eyes, and starts giving me attitude. He says to me " You never said you needed the debit machine?!"
So I say "You never asked.."
He says "well, I dont have it".
I said "well, I dont have cash".
He literally says nothing, takes the pizza gets in his car and races out of the driveway! So i call the place, ask to speak to a manager, I explain to the manager what has happened and all he says is " Oh, he's not supposed to take the pizza".
We agree that he's going to send the driver back, and he isn't going to charge me. I wait 10 minutes for the driver to come back. Nothing.
So I call back and ask "Where is your driver"?
They guy literally says "He's just coming back to pick up the debit machine, so you can still pay".
I'm livid. I don't even want the pizza now, and it has taken nearly TWO HOURS! and you still expect me to pay full price?!?!?!
I will never spend...

I called their number and the phone rang and rang no answer, I thought ok, must be really busy for a Thursday at 4:30, so I waited 5 minutes and tried again, still no answer! Hmm, I told my friend there wasn't any answer and we looked up Lanark Pizza online to confirm the number and check their hours and the number was correct and they were showing as open!
So my friend tried calling a few times with the same result! Weird!
We decided that we really felt like pizza so we figured we would drive over and see if we could order and if not that we would go to Perth for pizza.
When we got to Lanark Pizza they were open but we only saw one middle aged guy working, we ordered an extra large meat lovers pizza and waited outside 30 minutes for it. While ordering and picking up the pizza the phone never rang once, seemed odd if it was a busy time!
The pizza looked good and was hot when we went to eat, while eating it I said " not bad, just seems something is not great, either sauce or crust flavor" and my friend replied "ya, and for a meat pizza you would think there would be more meat!"
That night was not a good night for sleep, I was up 4 times through the night with the severe runs!!!
When I saw my friend the next day I asked him how his night was and he replied "why did you have the runs and a sick stomach too?" I said yes exactly, had to have been our pizza!
Not a good experience at all,...

Anyways I get the pizza 2 hours later and they charged me 35 dollars. I was a five min drive. Also they charged me for the full Canadian not just two topping and added an extra charge for light on mushrooms which makes no sense. Then the pizza was cold and not very good do...
