I had the 2 piece fish and chips, my husband had a hamburger, the food was delicious. The size of the fish and chips is quite big so you better be hungry. The fish was very fresh and the batter was very thin and crispy. Best fish and chips in all of Nova Scotia in my opinion, I order it a fair amount when I go out to eat it's my favorite. Busy little place expect a wait but trust me when I say it’s well worth the wait. Also be prepared it’s cash only. We didn’t know this prior so couldn’t afford the fish and chips which is what we both originally wanted. However we both love burgers so we both go a bacon cheeseburger. We went here for the first time last week and I was so happy with the food, the service and I can't wait to go back. When they say freshly made, home cooking, they really mean it!! I had the fish and chips and they were amazing!! I had a 1 piece because I don't eat large amounts, but the fish piece was still a large piece and the homemade French fries were plentiful for sure!!
