While initially hesitant as it wasn't very clear whether it was open, the cars parked out front indicated that it was despite there not being an "open" sign and one portion of the facade appearing to be made of plywood. The server/bartender was absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful with directions, the bathrooms were very tidy, and while we didn't order food the menu seemed inviting and the food that I saw on tables looked quite good. The beer was cold and the bar had a nice wooden ledge that was comfortable to lean on.

Fish and chips with sweet potatoe fries was really good! Not much bread on the fish which was nice, and the sauce that comes with the fries is good as well. Disappointing factors about the visit was a long wait time when the restaurant was not busy (20 minutes to receive a menu, but only one other family seated). There was also a general lack of service (no return visits by waiter, had to chase a cheque, not asked for more drinks, not asked about dessert or told what the dessert was).

I really enjoyed my visit here . The service was very friendly and fast. Our table was well taken care of. The sea food was very tasty and fresh. The chicken and French fries were very very good. I had the Chinese food the chicken balls were very good and the egg roll was a new experience with ground beef and no veggies I liked it the rice I dident like so much but it was ok. The coconut cream pie was delicious. The also have a great ceasar and not a bad beer menu .

This is a great local restaurant with a nice selection of food. We had the mussels, which were cooked just right and had lots of flavor. We also had the fish and chips, small portion. The fish tasted fresh and flavorful. The fries were clearly fresh, not frozen...there were just too many fries for a small portion. Thankfully my husband ate them too. We also ordered our very first conair and it was a delightful experience. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. This is a good place to stop in for some...

Ordered fish tacos and house salad instead of fries. Service was amazing and friendly, my order was ready just as i arrived, portions were so generous that i saved the salad and one taco for breakfast. Fresh and delicious, fish cooked to perfection, still super crispy twenty minutes later when i had a chance to unpack my meal and enjoy. This is my new go-to spot on my way to Sydney The only drawback was the window was boarded up awaiting replacement so that took away from...
