Jiffy Grill — Restaurant in Loyalist

No one particularly tells me to write a review but this is one really special. I go in and staff is super great. They helped me with certain food problems I have and they went and did extra work to accomodate for me. Excellent prices and great place for a home like feeling. Absolutely recommend without a doubt. They have variety of slection and large portions. Trucks are welcome as well and they treat everyone with dignity and respect. I in fact had such a great experience and that I had to bring my whole family to treat them for lunch. Cannot complain a single bit. Family run restaurants like these should receive the utmost care and the person running the show knows how to run a business. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had went here in highscool (15 years ago) and thought it was the best food ever, decided to order for my family given I thought I had a keen memory, either my memory is shot or they have completely given up the ability to make food because the food was completely disgusting. We couldn't eat it. It was a stale/rubbery disgusting mess. I would not recommend this food to anyone. It was so bad I didn't even bother calling for new meals because I wouldn't have wanted replacements. First visit what a great bustling little spot on the main drag of the small town of Odessa. Arrived to full capacity but were seated in a timely fashion as a family was finishing up as we arrived. Great staff and the window seat booth was perfect. My mom who is 76 and had her first “hamburger nip” when she was 19 at the Jiffy suggested the trip. My mom got her hamburger nip , my boyfriend got the beef dip and French onion soup and I got the chicken fingers . Everything was delicious , staff super attentive . The front door did not stop people coming in and out . Lovely...
