Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Loyalist

Worst Tim Hortons out of almost all bad Tim Hortons. Canadians used love this coffee shop. But since you bring this people from India, everything went to hell. I'm not racist or anything like that. I have Indian friends but dude this people? It's too much. Only 1% of them are actually doing their job properly. That's in General but Odessa Tim Hortons on 401 is the worst. You either give them a proper training and then follow up or send them back. I had to stop there last night, unfortunately. Just for a cup of coffee and this girl, who said her name was Ruman but you can't know whether it's true or not, she had no name tag, anyway, she was sooooooo rude, soooo unprofessional, sooooo not fit for customer service that I cannot even explain. There's no manager or supervisor there if ask for them or they're there and sleeping. Anyways, if the next time I see that girl there, I'm gonna complain to Canadian food and safety and they will send control over there. I cannot believe this is happening in Canada. Tim Hortons , stop hiring the lazy people who do not want to work , orders always wrong I’m not sure how they can completely change the taste of all the drinks , it doesn’t even taste like Tim Hortons drinks found in other much better Tim Hortons , your employees are amongst the laziest people , I asked for steeped tea I was told it will take 2 hours because we are “cleaning the pot“ either the management is fully destroyed or the employee was being lazy you are telling me you guys can’t have 2 pots to rotate while one is being so called “cleaned” ? I never write reviews but I find the racism in these reviews to be horrible. I ordered an americano, a wrap, and a pastry on a Sunday morning and I got better service than I would at a Timmie’s in my hometown. Workers were speedy and respectful. Before leaving one of your racist, rude reviews maybe think about how it feels to work in one of these high traffic fast food locations, it exhausts you instantly and it’s difficult to always do a perfect job. On top of that, many of the Indian workers look like students. Unless you are indigenous, you too are an immigrant or a descendant from immigrants.
