Malibu Restaurant — Restaurant in Lucan Biddulph

This is definitely not the first review of a product, But this is certainly my first restaurant review, and it is certainly a good one. Of course being the malibu, which I am familiar with, the steak is amazing, and the food is just spot on. But I would like to dedicate this review for the waitress who did a great job tonight.

Being new to the restaurant just starting out, serving a a big family may be intimidating. But I would like to complement him on everything he did tonight. Of course, being a kid, a 14 year old, some people won't consider this review to be of any importance. But I would just like to say, compared to other restaurants, this one is amazing, and it offers a supreme service which exceeds other competing restaurants in the higher price range. But in my opinion, the service is what shapes someone's experience at a restaurant, and I would seriously like to say the all the waitresses did a good job. I could tell they was somewhat nervous, Despite being new to the job, he constantly asked us if there was anything else we needed, carried out our requests very swiftly, and overall made my experience at this restaurant outstanding.

Overall, this place is amazing. If you are not new to the malibu, trust me, this location has much more to offer in terms of service. I truly believe that the extra bit of care Bryan offered shaped my experience at this restaurant. I highly recommend you try...

Food was good, although a little pricey. Service was terrible. Waited about 10 min before being offered a coffee. My friend who arrived before me had a menu. When I asked for one too, server said I could use my friend's. Took a long time to take our order, and restaurant wasn't very busy. Every dish that was put on our table was half dropped, half slammed onto the table. Only one offer to refill coffee (we were there for breakfast). No checking to see if we needed anything else. No eye contact and absolutely no friendly conversation...with us anyway. We saw her bantering with other tables, but she was downright rude to us from the get-go with absolutely no reason. We were polite throughout. It felt like we had offended her before we even walked in the door. Worst service I can remember ever having, and what an embarrassment to our community. My friend came from London thinking we'd have a pleasant small town breakfast experience. Neither of us will ever be back, and I intend to spread word of this server's unacceptable job performance. Would love to provide her name, but she never bothered to tell us since she never bothered to actually greet us other than to bark "coffee?" after 10 min of...

From service, to cleanliness, to the food, all 1 star at best. Waitress was extremely rude, short, and abrupt. It is difficult to even describe how ignorant the waitress was. She ignored and dismissed customers, including walking away from people shaking her hand in the air to acknowledge their comments but avoiding responding to them. Every order brought to tables was wrong, returned to sit in the counter, and then brought to a few tables until she found the right table. This included food that was brought to us wrong twice and then taken to other tables. We ordered drinks, they were never received. Our food, once correctly received, was cold, lacked flavour and mostly was left behind. When we indicated the food was cold, we were mocked to the cook only feet away from us in earshot. Paid $18 for a small skillet that quite possibly were microwaved hasbrowns. There was no apology or even acknowledging the beyond poor and ignorant experience until we went to pay when suddenly, I’m sure hoping for a tip, there was a glimmer of politeness, alongside complaining about the dishwashers and cooks to displace blame for her attitude....
